The following figure depicts the parameterization of a Pyramid
object.
A Pyramid
is formed by connecting the corners of a polygonal base with an apex. The regular base polygon of the object is defined by the number of edges (NEdges) and the Radius. The Height is measured in direction from the center of the base polygon.
Using a non-zero ApexShift, the position of the apex can be shifted in plane forming an oblique pyramid. An additional component of the ApexShift leads to a frustrum of of the specified height as depicted in the figure.
The Angle defines the side wall angle of a right pyramid or frustrum, depending on the Height.
